What is the return policy?
All sales are final; therefore, no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me at projectreen.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we can work together for a solution.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship both domestic and international so you can enjoy the art pieces wherever you are! The great thing about the price you see is it already factors in the shipping cost, so no hidden fees.

Provincial (other cities in Alberta): 3 days
Domestic (other provinces and/or territories in Canada): 4 days

What are the shipping costs & tracking info?
The retail price includes the shipping costs, so no hidden fees, but please note, this means all packages are untracked. This means no tracking number will be provided. This lowers the cost for both you (the customer) and me (the business).
Once I fulfill the order, you will receive an automated notification email (in the email address you provided upon checkout). This means I dropped off your order at the post office, and it should be on the way. For shipping time, please check the “Uhh Shipping Time?” question in the FAQs.

All prints are proudly made in Canada 🇨🇦.
